- NewAction confirmation gate — recommendations over $5,000 require explicit confirmation, then hand you a trade list you execute yourself. Formation never auto-executes.
- NewStatement ingestion — upload a PDF, CSV, OFX/QFX, or photo of a statement and it's parsed into accounts, balances, holdings, and transactions.
- NewReconciliation queue — parsed statements are diffed against your synced data, surfacing balance drift, duplicate transactions, and new accounts to resolve.
