Where do I find my invite link?
Sign in and open your Profile page (avatar menu → Profile). The "Give a month, get a month" card holds your link, share buttons, and live stats — invited, joined, subscribed.
When do we get the credit?
Right after your friend's first successful payment — that's the end of their 7-day trial on monthly billing, or checkout on annual. Both credits apply automatically to each account's balance and offset the next invoice.
How much is the credit?
One month of the current monthly membership price — $17.99 today (the founding rate). If your friend starts on the annual plan, the credit doubles — two months for each of you. It applies as account credit on your next invoice, whether you bill monthly or annually.
What if I refer friends before subscribing myself?
The months you earn wait for you. They're recorded to your account and apply automatically when your own first payment lands.
Is there a limit?
Invite as many people as you like — every friend who subscribes earns you another month. Each referred household earns one credit, once; self-referrals don't count.
Do credits expire or cash out?
Credits offset future Formation invoices. They have no cash value, can't be transferred, and are forfeited if the account closes. Full details are in the referral terms.
